Ownership & Usage Rights:

• Clients receive limited, non-transferable usage rights for approved purposes (e.g., marketing, internal communications, social media, or event promotion).
• Full ownership or extended usage rights can be granted only through a separate licensing agreement and may incur additional fees.
• TIMI Grand Group, Inc. reserves the right to use any photo or video content for its own promotional purposes, including portfolio, social media, website, and marketing materials, unless a prior written request for non-disclosure is made by the client.

Restrictions:

• Clients may not edit, alter, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit any photo or video content without prior written consent.
• Unauthorized reproduction or usage beyond the agreed terms constitutes a copyright violation and may result in legal action.
